For over 20 years, Dr. Tasha taught education, leadership, and research at Covenant Theological Seminary, St. Louis. Previously, she served in ministry for university students, for church women’s and children’s ministries, and in overseas missions. From years of research, she co-authored Resilient Ministry: What Pastors Told Us About Surviving & Thriving (IVP, 2013), and Negotiating Ministry: The Politics of Working with People (IVP, 2018). She contributed to Crossway’s ESV Women’s Devotional Bible. As guardian for her twin with special needs, this ministry is a part of her life and passion.
