Scott serves as Executive Director of Masterpiece Alliance, a non-profit that invites people of ALL abilities into meaningful community. Having a child on the autism spectrum, working with young people with disabilities in the public schools, and serving as Young Life Capernaum volunteer leaders combined to compel Scott and his wife, Julie, to start Masterpiece Alliance. Through the MA team, God has created a thriving, diverse, and beautiful community for friends of ALL abilities and a network of churches dedicated to creating spaces of belonging and kingdom roles for all.
