Abigail Roe da Silva is a second-year doctoral student at Baylor University and a former special education teacher. Her research interest is at the intersection of faith and disability, especially focused on the spiritual needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families and inclusive practices in faith communities, in particular Latin American congregations.
