Betsy Winkle, All Belong Director of Operations
Betsy Winkle serves as the Director of Operations and Director of Student Services at All Belong, where she channels her passion for fostering understanding, support, and belonging among diverse learners. Driven by a deep commitment to helping each student thrive and develop their God-given gifts, Betsy specializes in working with schools to develop school-wide systems and collaborative solutions that enable all students to succeed.
With more than 25 years of experience as a school psychologist, Betsy partners with students, parents, and educators to deepen their understanding of the unique ways individuals think and learn. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Calvin College and an Educational Specialist degree from Lehigh University.
