Brad is the Director of the Special Needs Family Institute (SNFI). The SNFI mission is to Empower families, Equip churches, and Enable all. The SNFI mission is carried out through a church partnership with Grace Church of the Nazarene (Nashville, TN) through a growing special needs ministry. The SNFI is also a clinical center providing specialized care to families impacted by disability. Brad retired from the Army as a Chaplain in June 2025, after more than 25 years of service. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Coach. He and his wife, Lori, of 34 years have six children, (their fifth child, a son, was born with Down syndrome and later diagnosed with autism) and two grandchildren.
