R. Bryan Barrineau, Ed.D. is a pastor, writer, and speaker committed to helping the local church embody gospel-centered inclusion for people of all abilities. He serves as Pastor of Family Ministries at Fruit Cove Baptist Church in St. Johns, Florida, where he equips families to disciple the next generation with intentionality and grace. His writing and research engage disability ministry and inclusive discipleship, with published work in Youth Pastor Theologian, Engage Every Generation, Youth Specialties, the Journal of Youth Ministry, and the Southwestern D6 Journal of Family Ministry. Bryan’s work explores how churches can support learners with diverse cognitive and developmental needs and integrate inclusive practices into family discipleship and church life. He lives in St. Johns, Florida, with his wife, Jennifer, and their two sons, Henry and Caleb.
