Dr. Chris Hulshof is a professor and Disability Ministry program director for the John W. Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University. As the father of a young man with a disability, he is particularly interested in disability ministry and its theological foundations. As an ordained pastor, Dr. Hulshof’s hope is for the church to be a place of both welcome and belonging for those with a disability. He is the author of Jesus and Disability: A Guide to Creating an Inclusive Church (B&H Academic, 2022). He and his family live in central Virginia.
