Don brings more than three decades of youth ministry leadership experience to his work as a speaker, trainer, consultant, and coach. A million‑mile traveler and seasoned ministry strategist, he is known for his clarity, humor, and ability to inspire and strengthen both students and leaders at every level. His personal journey with an ultra‑rare form of Muscular Dystrophy fuels his passion for resilience, adaptive leadership, and hope‑filled innovation. In 2024, Don and his wife Crissie launched Access Youth Ministry, equipping organizations and churches to make youth ministry, disability‑inclusive for both young people and leaders diagnosed with a chronic illness and/or disability.
