Dr. McCrary is a retired Professor of Early Childhood Education and Special Education at Texas A&M University-Commerce. She taught undergraduate and graduate coursework and coordinated the Master’s Degree in the Early Childhood Program Area.
Dr. McCrary’s research interests included family support, behavior disorders, and literacy development. Dr. McCrary currently directs the Special Ministries department at her church in Dallas, Texas. She is working on a new devotional book for parents of children with disabilities. In addition, Dr. McCrary also conducts training events for churches on best practices for including children and adults with disabilities within the church.
