Hadley Stephens is the Executive Director and Founder of Rolling in Faith, a Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for adults with disabilities. Guided by a heart for service and a calling to build inclusive community, Hadley brings together her bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Special Education to support individuals in living out their God-given potential.
She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration with a focus in policy, equipping her to advocate for systems that reflect compassion, dignity, and justice. Since launching Rolling in Faith at just 18 years old, Hadley has led with faith, perseverance, and a deep belief that God can do big things in small places.
Her breakout session will explore practical, community-driven approaches to developing Christ-centered disability ministries and programs—especially in rural or under-resourced areas—rooted in stewardship, relationship-building, and a commitment to serving as the hands and feet of Christ.
