Jillian Palmiotto is a passionate advocate, educator, and ministry leader dedicated to building inclusive communities for individuals with disabilities. As the Executive Director of Together We Care, she helps families access essential services while training churches, schools, and organizations to create spaces of belonging. Jillian has over two decades of experience in special education and ministry, and her heart for this work was shaped by her years as both a teacher and church staff member. Through her leadership, Together We Care is meeting practical needs while spreading the love and hope of Jesus to families across Georgia and beyond.
