KJ Dinsbeer serves as an Area Director of Masterpiece Alliance, a non-profit that invites people of ALL abilities into meaningful community. Growing up, KJ mother’s worked with adults with special needs, and this proved to be a warm and supportive community for KJ and her family. Shortly after graduating from Penn State, she discovered Masterpiece Alliance, which was at that time a newly formed non-profit. Originally hired by Masterpiece Alliance in 2022 as its first employee, KJ was promoted to Director of Ministry in 2023 and now serves as an Area Director with an awesome and growing team at Masterpiece Alliance. Through the MA team, God has created a thriving, diverse, and beautiful community for friends of ALL abilities and a network of churches dedicated to creating spaces of belonging and kingdom roles for all.
