Leslie is the Director of Operations at Masterpiece Alliance (MA), a nonprofit creating meaningful community for adults of all abilities. A CPA with over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Leslie brings both professional expertise and personal commitment to her role. As the parent of a daughter and guardian of an adult brother, both with disabilities, she considers it an honor to serve in Disability Ministry. Through the work of the MA team, God has cultivated a beautiful community and a network of churches dedicated to creating spaces of belonging for all in the Roanoke Valley.
