Linda Bunk is a Christian blessed with Bipolar and Aspergers. I am blessed. What the world sees as affliction, God sees as His glory. (John 9:1-3) Jesus has transformed her life. She wants others suffering or struggling to experience His saving grace and how affliction can be a blessing.
Linda’s passion is to serve His people for His Kingdom. She loves sharing the Good News of Jesus and how it transformed my life. Although she has Aspergers, she loves God’s people, especially those struggling with mental illness and/or autism. Linda loves sharing her God given talent of photography. She has been taking photos since middle school. She have a BA from University of Maryland Baltimore County in Visual and Performing Arts with an emphasis in Photography and a MFA from Maryland Institute College of Art in Photography and Digital Imaging. On mission trips, she documents the trip but also gives the people she is serving photographs. Linda’s artwork has been exhibited in juried exhibitions throughout the US. God has called her to live on mission by equipping pastors, teachers, missionaries, volunteers, and others to serve the mentally ill.
Linda is living for Christ. She was dead but now she is alive in Christ. Linda lives on mission and wants share Christ’s saving grace with the mentally ill. However, Linda wants disciple others to minister to the mentally ill. She is still a fine art photographer, who goes on mission trips; Linda is a missionary who photographs. Photography has been away to breakdown harden hurt hearts to hear His Gospel. Linda is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and He knows all her days. She was created for a purpose. Her purpose is to disciple others to learn how to serve the mentally ill by loving our neighbor. (Matthew 22:34-39) God is so good.
