Nakoa Dantzler Merritt serves as Community Engagement and Strategic Partnership Coordinator for With Ministries, is Board Secretary for the Black Down Syndrome Association, and an Advisory Board member for the North Texas Disability Chamber. She combines professional leadership with lived advocacy to advance accessibility, inclusion, and equitable services both in churches and across communities. Nakoa is also a devoted mother to twin boys, whose unique differences inspire her lifelong commitment to celebrating individuality, championing inclusion, and helping others thrive.
