Nikki Baltusis is an Autistic pastor, speaker, advocate, and a mother to neurodivergent children. She creates accessible faith spaces for those often unseen in the church, both in-person and online. Nikki leads a global community of 16,000+ Christian neurodivergent women, hosts the podcast An Autistic Girl and Her God, and facilitates virtual Bible studies centered on belonging and inclusion.
