Rachael Vermeulen is the co-founder of A Little Extra Love, a para-church ministry dedicated to creating spaces of true belonging for families impacted by disability. With years of nonprofit leadership and experience in program and curriculum development, she brings both strategic insight and lived experience as a special needs mom. Rachael serves as a writer, speaker, and the Family & Disability Ministries Director at her local church. Through Bible studies, faith-based support groups, and her Inclusive Pathways church training program, she equips churches to embrace and empower every family as part of God’s design. Her heart beats for reconnecting dechurched disability families to both the local church and the heart of God—offering hope, healing, and home.
