Roena Clarke offers leader support and training for The Heart of the Caregiver Ministries. She leads in-person and online THOTC small groups as well. Formerly a pediatric oncology nurse working with children and their families, Roena navigated her own journey of grief as a teenager while offering care and support of her brother, who died young after a four year battle with cancer. She has cared for her now adult son through severe medical challenges he faced as a child, as well as her aging parents and other family members.
In addition to teaching courses at the college level, Roena leads numerous Bible studies, retreats and small groups, helping people see the heart transformation that is available as we live out God’s call in our lives. Roena and her husband have three adult sons and live in Midlothian, Virginia.
