Russ Duncan is the North Carolina office Ministry Relations Manager. He lives in Rock Hill, SC with his wife and 5 children. Russ is the father of two children with disability and served for over 15 years in church ministry. Those life opportunities have given Russ a great love for the church and a heart to see families affected by disability find a place of belonging within the church. As part of the Joni and Friends North Carolina staff, Russ works to bring churches and ministries within a community togetherthrough disability networks. These networks provide a place of collaboration, encouragement, and support to churches in the area of disability ministry.
